About me
I am a counsellor and psychotherapist currently in the process of completing an MA in Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.
Originally from Ireland, I've called London home for over 15 years. During my years of training, I've had the privilege of supporting many clients through the diverse challenges life presents. My dedication to this field is fueled by witnessing its transformative effects firsthand.
I use a variety of therapy styles, choosing what feels right for you. I believe everyone's journey is different, so I adapt my approach to fit your personal story, needs, and aspirations. I listen deeply and with intuition to understand the challenges you're facing, drawing on my experience to get to the heart of the matter. As we explore these issues together, we'll support your growth and healing. The relationship we build—therapist and client—is central to our work. Creating a caring and safe space is vital for fostering healing and change.

About counselling and psychotherapy
Both counselling and psychotherapy offer avenues to understand and navigate life's challenges. While counselling is typically short-term and addresses specific situations like bereavement or career shifts, psychotherapy delves deeper, addressing long-standing patterns and core beliefs.
These sessions offer a space to unearth your values, confront obstacles, and harness strengths. The goal? Crafting solutions that resonate with your identity, leading to enriched relationships and reduced distress.
Recognising that no two individuals are alike, the approach is tailored. From our first meeting, we'll align on your aspirations and concerns, collaboratively shaping the process to best serve your needs.
I have worked with people experiencing the following concerns…
Anxiety, stress and worry
Gender and sexuality identity
Experience of childhood sexual abuse and trauma
Bereavement
Feelings of isolation
Looking for meaning or direction in life
Relationship and family concerns
Addiction and addiction within the family
